State and National Levels

STATE and National levels : Upon completion of Advance star system 

All gymnasts have the opportunity to attend local competitions throughout the year and prime Invitationals at the discretion of the club if they chose to be available.Please see the head coach for further information. This is not a requirement for State levels, if they chose to stay within the club in house competitions and grading assessment days they can do so, or not compete at all

All classes include warm up activities -flexibility-posture-balance-ballet-strength,coordination and skills components.

We follow the current Australian National level program and develop gymnasts within the guidelines of the requirements.
