ADVANCE: One of the region's most professional Gymnastics Clubs with many accolades in our Women's Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics teams. Located in Barnsley, Lake Macquarie, 36 minutes from Newcastle. Our competitive programs are highly sought after in both disciplines due to our successful coaching of many teams over the last 20 years.

Afternoon programs range from fun, recreational gymnastics for boys and girls of all ages to develop physical gross-motor skills, self-esteem and independence, social skill building, concentration and fundamental gymnastics skills in a safe and controlled environment, as well as many other opportunities to develop sound gymnastics through our Accelerated Squad programs, competitive and non-competitive levels programs that can help sportsmanship, discipline and determination.
