ADVANCE has been established since 2005. Affiliated with GYMNASTICS AUSTRALIA and Gymnastics NSW and all of our coaches are highly accredited and qualified under the Federations guidelines.

ADVANCE : One of the regions most Professional Gymnastics Club with many accolades in our Women's Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics teams, located in Barnsley Lake Macquarie, 36 min from Newcastle. Our competitive programs are highly sort after in both disciplines due to our successful teams over many years of experienced coaching.
Afternoon programs range from fun recreational gymnastics for boys and girls of all ages to develop physical gross motor skills, self esteem and independence, social skill building, concentration and fundamental gymnastics skills in a safe and controlled environment, as well as many other opportunities to develop sound gymnastics through our Accelerated programs, competitive and NON competitive levels programs that can help sportsmanship, discipline and determination.
