All Squad programs are sound structured classes with accredited coaches for each discipline. Our aim in the program is to provide the gymnasts with a challenging and stimulating experience. Each class is evaluated and assessed at the completion of the class with all accredited coaches having to complete a written or verbal study which is then forwarded to the head programmer for future reference. This way we are sure our focus is always to maintain a high standard of achievement in learning and physical development. All AAG programs follow Gymnastics Australia Federation rules, regulations and guidelines, for the safety and assurance purposes.
