ADVANCE is situated on the shores of Lake Maquarie Toronto, having established in 2005. We are one of the regions most Professional Gymnastics Club with many accolades in our Womens Artistic and Rhythmic gymnastics teams.
Our programs range from fun recreational gymnastics for boys and girls of all ages to develop physical gross motor skills,self esteem and independence, social skill building, concentration and fundemental gymnastics skills in a safe and controlled enviroment, as well as many other opportunties to develop sound gymnastics through our Accelerated programs, competitive and NON competitive levels programs that can help sportsmanship,discipline and determination.
